TSUKI, THE NEW WAY TO SUSHI
Humble in our acknowledgment of ancient Japanese culture, custom, techniques and food we balance Tsuki's love of authentic ways with a seamless interactive tech experience over our two restaurant levels.
One of our greatest passions is Sushi and Sashimi and we invite you to pull up a stool at the galley kitchen to watch the experts cut, craft and roll the freshest and most delicious Tsuki signature creations. We’ve also developed our own take on ‘Baikingu’ - ‘all you can eat’ - giving you a set price of £38.95, or £42.95 on Friday, Saturdays and Sundays, per person for an indulgent two hours for exploring and enjoying some of the best Sushi in town! If you prefer - choose from the Tsuki restaurant menu for starters, mains and dessert.
Get immersed in Japanese dining culture in our private dining rooms on the first floor. Designed for beauty and authentic customs we observe the well known Japanese way of removing shoes before entering our rooms which are complete with Tatami mats and Horigotatsu style seating.
